Preventative Maintenance

Keeping your system clean and maintained by a technician is an important element to sustain the longevity and warranty of your system. Masten Air offers a Preventative Maintenance Agreement  or Energy Savings Agreement "ESA".  

The ESA includes (2) visits a year (Air Conditioning Maintenance in the Spring / Heating Maintenance in the Fall). Masten Air technicians will do a full thorough point system check to make sure that everything is clean and running the best and efficiently as possible. This will also help to potential avoid any costly breakdowns during the extreme temperatures that we encounter throughout the year.
